Mobile Alert

Interaction between residents and their local authorities is increasingly important. Intergraph®’s Mobile Alert is a free, easy-to-use smartphone application for reporting issues of public concern to the local council (based on GPS location). These issues can involve anything from graffiti to road problems, such as potholes and broken signage. The app has an intuitive interface, which allows the user to complete a report and send it off to the cloud easily in a few minutes. Reported incidents are sent to an Intergraph cloud service, which then redirects problems to councils based on territorial boundary data.

• Provides a simple tool to send information to authorities, including locations of potholes, graffiti, broken sign posts, missing street lights, etc.
• Gives community members a quick-and-easy way to assist with public works
• Pinpoints incident locations using photos and GPS locations uploaded from community members
• Works on Apple and Android operating systems (see download links below - app uses 3g/4g data to communicate w/ servers)
